Flash-link 4 got corrupted during firmware update how can I fix it

How do I fix my flash-link 4 as it shows that it has no firmware as it got corrupted during last update

Hello,

 

Try re flashing it, if the pc does not detect it anymore as a result of the original attempted update not going through then at this time there is no remote fix if that occurs, you will need to replace/exchange your flash link updater.

tried re-flashing however I get message that I am not able to access the server which seems like Fortin problem ?

Where do I exchange/replace the flash link ?

Try restarting your PC, I just tried it on my personal PC and it is working at the moment.

If you are not able to get the PC to detect the flash link you would need to contact your point of purchase for exchange/replacement.
