Factory key/fob wont lock or unlock while remote started

2010 Honda fit sport. Evo One with Hon-One t-harness. Remote start works great, but oem key w/ fob won't lock or unlock while car is remote started. Lock and unlocks normal if not running.

Hello,

If the OEM remote does not work while remote started you will wanna take a look at your lock & unlock connections. These are how the doors get controlled while remote started. Page 3:
