Hello,

I programmed the car, but your website says it doesn't support starting with the factory remote and that I need an RF kit. However, it works with the factory remote, but there are some problems; I can't unlock the car after starting with the factory remote. So I selected "unlock before starting" to gain access to the car.

My 2024 Mazda 3 comes with a factory alarm, but when selecting the car model on your website, there is no option for a factory alarm.

Here is a problem I am having: When I lock the car, the alarm is automatically activated, then I start the car remotely, and the alarm is activated , but it stops after the car is started.

Can you solve these problems?

Yes it is normal that the OEM remote does not work when remote started, that is why 3x lock start is not listed or supported for this vehicle. 

 

For the alarm you can try setting the start sequence to lock-unlock-lock by enabling option B 4.4 in the module.
