Module locking itself

Question

I installed this evo all in my corolla with the TOY13 T harness back in 2022, and it worked flawlessly until maybe a year ago. The first odd issue was that it randomly started itself twice one day without me ever pressing the RF remote or activating it with the OEM remote. It didn't do that again after so I didn't think much of it. Then this year I found that my car was unlocked with the trunk open. After that instance I removed the starter and made sure to isolate all the wires that weren't used on the harness (Although this gave me no issues after 3 years), and I even did a master reset and reprogrammed it to the car. After maybe a month I noticed that the car would now start to randomly lock itself (again without me pressing anything on the remotes), and this has been the happening more frequently now. This is very odd and frustrating as the module was working perfectly for 3 years.
