Hello,

The flash and options of the evo all unit look fine by me.

Just a few questions to help me better understand what maybe causing your intermitent starting issue:

When the vehicle does not remote start what does it do? Does the ignition turn on? Do the parking lights flash X amount of times?

When it fails to start on the 1st attempt, does it re try a 2nd attempt if you let it be?

What does the red led on the evo all module do when initiating a remote start that fails?

Try to restart 2 attempt….. it has started on 4 separate occasions….. runs 15 minutes then shuts down as it should. Try remote again no start…. Dash lights up… then click shuts off….. try’s again click shuts off. Sends a red signal to remote indicating no start…. Use key starts fine. Everything works on remote locks , unlock, hatch pops green lights from remote….. long range antenna gives green signal showing received signal…. … just doesn’t start consistently. After 4 hours of playing with this, putting it back on computer… says all is well. Finally pulled the unit out, and put back in my old start X system, it works fine. So the Fortin system sits on the bench now. Frustrating.
Here's something you can try if you'd like, to see if you get different results.

- turn off settings protection and save it in the off position

- master reset the unit in the vehicle: https://fortin.ca/en/download/61931/61931.pdf

- plug it back into the flash link and enable required vehicle specific options along with rf options: https://fortin.ca/download/59011/EVO-ALL_IG_TSA_BI_GM4_A_59011.pdf

- re program in the vehicle and re run dcryptor process

- re pair remotes to the system

- test

The fact that when it fails to start it re attempts tells me it isnt something like brake or hood stopping it because if it was a status such as those the module would not re attempt a 2nd try on its own, it would stop after the first.
