Please Reset and Guide Me, my EVO‑ALL Cannot Decode the Key

my car is Mazda cx5 2021+ signature turbo 

my key fob is the larger version, not the small one shown in the instructions, so I got stuck at the key‑learning step. I tried many times—turning the ignition on and off repeatedly, rotating the key in every direction—but the EVO‑ALL still couldn’t learn the key and stayed on the blue LED the whole time.

I then switched to the blue‑LED programming method (the one that doesn’t require manual key learning) from YouTube videos, but when I pressed lock–unlock–lock, the EVO‑ALL received the signal but the car still wouldn’t start. It ended with 3 red flashes, probably because it couldn’t decode the key.

After that, I reflashed the firmware and programmed it again, but it still didn’t work. The software even locked the decryption function for my vehicle. Please help me.

I've just double check and saw that 32pin (not in THAR-MAZ1) but Are the “DOOR LOCK DATA” and “DATA KEY” wires on the THAR‑MAZ1 required to be connected? <-- I've already connected them, but still Stop at blue led. >.<

Door lock data and Data Key are required connections. 

Your module will be reset but since you also followed the 1 key programming method completely, you may need a new module as it may be locked to that mode for that specific car now. The 1 key programming method is a completely different solution and installation. 

The MAZ1 kit is not a suggested solution for DIY. The EVO-ONE + THAR-ONE-MAZ3 is less demanding when it comes to install and programming. 

My suggestion for now would be (in this exact order)

1. Flash version 71.47
2. Reset the module https://fortin.ca/download/61931/EVOALLRESET.pdf
3. Follow the MAZ1 programming solution. (remove the batteries from the remotes when programming)

If you still cannot program the module this way, I would suggest looking into the EVO-ONE + THAR-ONE-MAZ3 solution.

I followed every step exactly as instructed by your expert, but the EVO‑ALL still stays on solid blue. At this point, it’s clear the issue is not user error but a limitation of the module on certain Mazda CX‑5 PTS models.

I strongly suggest that Fortin should clearly warn customers on the website and inside the FlashLink software from the very beginning. Without this information, users waste many hours troubleshooting something that simply cannot work on their vehicle.

Because I purchased the product a long time ago and only discovered this limitation now, I can no longer return or exchange it. I now have to sell the module myself, which is very frustrating and could have been avoided if proper warnings were provided upfront.
