Question

2014 Forester started and shutdown in 3 seconds then started and shutdown and started and shutdown 3 times.

Using evoall with avital 5308. Everything programmed correctly. Wires checked. Any suggession? Thank you.

It might not be detecting the tach signal... Under the glove box, in the very first connector, there are four pink wires (some with colored stripes, some without). Connect the purple-and-white wire from the Avital unit to one of them, and then program the tachometer.

Hello,

Another thing you could check is what side of the cut you put the lt.blue/black wire. If it is on the wrong side the unit will program however it will start and die since the info does not get sent to the correct module in the car.
