App wont start car

Question

My evostart2 has worked very well for the most part for 5 years now. Recently it won't start with the app. I've reset my phone as well as the antena but won't connect to network. No lights on the antena when using app to attempt starts. 21 toyota tundra

Perhaps the antenna is missing either power or ground. Try unplugging the antenna and plugging it back in to see if it lights up. Do not touch the button.
