Device reached flash limit and is blocked from reprogramming.
DCRYPTOR’S LIMIT HAS BEEN REACHED FOR THIS CAR.

Need full reset / flash counter reset to reprogram again.

A dcryptor reset request has been sent in, this can take up to 24 hours.
