Can I use a fortin evo-one remote start on an ‘01 Toyota Camry with an OEM remote?

I used the evo-one on an ‘07 Camry with the standard key with a dot and it worked without buying an additional RF kit. I just enabled C1 programming option.

Hello,

Yes you can use the evo-one for a 2001 Camry but no you cannot use the OEM remote to initiate remote start, an rf kit is required.
